ILOILO CITY, Philippines — Iloilo’s own Pulsing Chunky returned on August 15 with their newest single “Can You Feel It”, the third release from their ongoing album campaign for Dandelion, set to drop this November under Cebu-based indie label Melt Records.
A collaboration with fellow Iloilo indie rockers The Queens, “Can You Feel It” brings a burst of upbeat pop rock energy laced with both bands’ signature indie sensibilities. The track features a short but memorable guitar solo crafted by The Queens’ former guitarist Pao alongside Pulsing Chunky’s Justin, and speaks about finding the one who can weather life’s storms with you. Produced and mastered by nosleepfortenenen with cover art by the band, the single follows Pulsing Chunky’s double-release of “Everbloom” and “Things Left Untold” in February of this year.
Both bands have been on a hot streak — last year’s nationwide tours and their recent performances at Fête de la Musique Cebu 2025 cemented their presence in the local scene. The Queens, fresh from their June release of “Rock Paper Scissors” in celebration of Pride Month, add their signature flair to this collaboration, fronted by vocalist Lilith Brendan.
A music video for “Can You Feel It” premiered on August 16, following the track’s streaming release.
